Meet Olga,
She is a Polish illustrator, now living in a cozy small town just outside of Montreal, Canada. After earning her degree in Illustration & Design, she dove into the vibrant world of video games, where she worked for 14 years as an artist and later as an art director. Olga has worked with many big franchises like Disney and Popcap, and has led several artist teams in the creation of well known video game projects.
Olga’s creative journey took an exciting turn about 5 years ago, when she discovered her love for children's book illustration during a collaborative project with a friend. Using digital tools like Photoshop and Procreate alongside traditional mediums like gouache and colored pencils, Olga has a true passion for bringing stories to life for kids through her illustrations. When she’s not busy illustrating, you can find her curled up in the local library, losing herself in piles of enchanting kid’s books. Or you can find her in her wild garden – a haven for all sorts of chirping birds and curious critters. Olga also enjoys plein air sketching and has a fascination with herbology and gardening.
Olga really enjoys working with like minded clients in the field of illustration. She is passionate about depicting animals, nature and vibrant characters interacting with the natural world. She is always looking for new projects and creative opportunities, so feel free to contact her by email at olga.urbn@gmail.com or through the contact page below.
